Walk-In Urgent Care at Aspire Health

When you’re sick or hurt and can’t wait for a regular appointment, Aspire Health urgent care is open for walk-ins across eastern Oklahoma. Our board-certified Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners diagnose and treat non-emergency illness and injury, with on-site X-ray and lab testing so most visits are handled in one stop. No appointment is needed, and online check-in lets you hold your place in line before you arrive.

When urgent care is the right choice

Urgent care is built for conditions that need same-day attention but are not life-threatening. Choose Aspire Health urgent care for:

  • Fever, cough, sore throat, flu, COVID-19, and strep
  • Ear and sinus infections
  • Minor cuts that may need stitches
  • Sprains, strains, and possible minor fractures
  • Minor burns, rashes, and allergic reactions
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Physicals — sports, school, and pre-employment

When to go to the ER or call 911 instead

Some symptoms need emergency care, not urgent care. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for:

  • Chest pain or pressure
  • Signs of stroke — face drooping, arm weakness, slurred speech
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Severe or uncontrolled bleeding
  • Head injury, loss of consciousness, or a serious fall
  • Severe abdominal pain

When you’re unsure, err toward the emergency room. Urgent care is not a substitute for emergency care.

Our board-certified Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners care for patients six months of age and older, typically treating:

  • Fever, flu, & strep throat
  • Ear & sinus infections
  • Allergies and allergic reactions
  • Skin irritations and rashes
  • Minor burns and lacerations

How walk-in care works

Walk in during business hours, or use online check-in to hold your spot from home or the road. When it’s your turn, one of our providers evaluates you, runs any needed on-site testing, and sends you home with a treatment plan. If your condition needs imaging or specialist care beyond what urgent care provides, our providers will refer you to the right facility.

FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES, CALL 911

Aspire Health Urgent Care treats non-emergency illnesses and injuries. If you are experiencing chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, difficulty breathing, head injury, or any condition that may be life-threatening, do not visit our clinic — call 911 immediately or go directly to your nearest hospital emergency department.
